Beyond Your Limits 5K Run for something bigger.
A community 5K along the West Haven shoreline — yoga, the race, an awards ceremony and an after-party at Riva. Every runner helps fill 1,500 bookbags for kids in the Dominican Republic.
More than a 5K — a Saturday morning built around community, fitness and purpose.
Beyond Your Limits is a 5K running experience organized by Tribu Pura Vida and Livity Running Club along West Haven's Long Island Sound shoreline. The morning blends guided yoga, the timed race, an awards ceremony and a celebration at Riva — open to runners of every level and every age.

Two competition categories — Female and Male — with no age limit. Winners receive a special medal, plus souvenirs and gifts from sponsors.

Beyond Your Limits is a race with purpose. This year, Tribu Pura Vida and Livity Running Club are gathering bookbags filled with school supplies for children in the Dominican Republic — and runners, sponsors and the community are coming together to make it happen.
