About the Meetup

Central Connecticut's semi-monthly working room for serious real estate investors.

The NEI Real Estate Investor MeetupNetwork, Educate, Invest — is a Connecticut-based investor community founded in 2022. The room serves active investors across New Britain, Hartford County, Middlesex County and the surrounding central CT markets — Portland, Cromwell, Berlin, Plainville, Newington, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, Farmington and beyond.

Twice each month on Thursdays from 6–9 PM, the group gathers at Back Nine Tavern at Stanley Golf Course for an evening built in three parts: targeted networking, a featured guest presenter, then open networking with the people you came to meet.

InsureCT proudly sponsors NEI because protecting Connecticut real estate investors is exactly what we do. Bring your portfolio questions — we’ll be there.

One night a month. The right people in the room. The deals, the playbooks and the partners that move your portfolio forward — right here in central Connecticut.
